Packaging

Fish are packed in double-lined polyethylene bags and kept at an average of 10-18 kg per box. All bags are securely packed in a Styrofoam box.

• Ordinary packing: 10-12 USD per box
• Heat pack charge: Additional 6.00 USD per box (if required)
• Shipping and handling fee: 75 USD per shipment
• Minimum order per item is 4 boxes
• All measuring sizes are excluding its tail (except Discus)

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Full payment via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
• Western Union
• Other secure fund transfer methods as mutually agreed

Payment Requirements:

• Complete payment must be made prior to shipment
• Payment covers: Fish price, Packing charges, Shipping and handling fees

Payment Confirmation:

• Shipment will only be processed after full payment is received
• Proof of transfer must be provided to the Exporter

Certificates and Endorsements

Available Certificates:

• Health Certificate
• Certificate of Origin

Health Certificate: Confirms the health status of exported fish. Issued by authorized veterinary professionals. Details fish health screening and export readiness.

Certificate of Origin: Verifies the country of origin for the exported fish species. Includes details of fish breeding or sourcing location.

Limitations: Certificates subject to current export regulations. Buyer responsible for ensuring compliance with import country requirements.

Freight Charges

Charges calculated based on actual rates from Airline and Freight forwarder. Rates subject to current market conditions.

Death on Arrival (DOA) Policy

Acceptable DOA Rate:

• Standard acceptable DOA rate: Less than 3%
• Considered normal in international live fish export
• Fish carefully conditioned in our specialized tanks
• Extensive preparation for shipping to minimize stress and mortality

DOA Claim Process:

• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of shipment receipt
• Mandatory requirements for DOA claims:
  • Detailed photographic evidence
  • Clear documentation of deceased fish
  • Precise count of DOA specimens

Compensation Terms:

• Compensation provided as credit for future shipments
• Credit excludes: Shipping costs, Packing charges
• Replacement value based on original order specifications
